The Earth Cave

The home of the earth fiend, lich, is known as the earth cave. There are five floors to it, and each one is a maze in itself. In order to get through as fast as possible, read the directions here. If you are going for the treasure, look below. Floor 1 - Head right immediately and follow the path to the lower right. Floor 2 - Head down, then through the upper right door. Then the lower right door, then down, then right, down again right and up, right and down, straight down until you must turn right, and then up. Floor 3 - Right, until you are able to go up. Then go up until you are able to go left. Go left until you can go down. Go down, choosing the right path, and then go right. Here, you will face the vampire. Pass the vampire to use the rod, if you have it. Then you are able to go to floor 4. Floor 4 - Go down into the third room. Then take the upper right door. GO up and then right. Down through 2 rooms. Right again, then down. Go through the upper right door, and then right again. Finally, go down and to the right to get to the stairs. Floor 5 - Go down and then immediately turn around and go up. Continue goin up until you have to go left. Follow the path downward and circle around to the big room. Here is where you will face Lich.

Floor 1: There are 5 treasure chests. If you go up from the starting point, you will get a chest that holds 1975 gold pieces. Going to the lower right, you will find a fork. Taking the left path will get you 880 gold and a heal potion. The right path will get you 795 gold pieces and a pure potion.

Floor 2: There are six chests on this floor as well. The upper right room contains the first three, which hold 330 gold pieces, a cabin, and the coral sword. The lower left room holds 5575 gold pieces and a wooden shield.

Floor 3: The third floor has 5 treasure chests. The one to the furthest right holds a tent. Just above that is a heal potion. Walking along, you will get to a room. Go in to receive 3400 gold pieces. Continuing on, you will pass another room with a chest. It contains 1020 gold pieces. Finally, just behind the vampire, is a chest that holds the ruby.

Floor 4: The fourth floor has 8 treausre chests. The top room has a combined total of 11825 gold pieces and a wooden staff. The lower room holds 1250 gold pieces, a cabin, and a silver shield.

Floor 5: The final floor has no treasure chests on it.
